KNIGHT Property Group has completed the refurbishment of two Edinburgh city centre properties.

An investment of around £10 million was made between No2 Castle Terrace and 110 George Street, with both buildings described as being situated in “highly desirable” locations.

Knight Property Group said works at Castle Terrace involved an “extensive refurbishment” including an overhaul of the new entrance and lift, cycle and shower facilities as well as completely replacing the air conditioning, ventilation systems and toilets.

George Street included the complete refurbishment of all five floors to make way for new toilets and shower facilities, redecoration, lighting and a contemporary entrance and inner hallway.

James Barrack, Knight Property Group managing director said. “It was important that we kept the traditional charm of the townhouse properties whilst injecting a modern twist to the interior. The use of colour and light, especially at 110 George Street has opened up the rooms, giving a more spacious feel to the offices.

“We are excited to be expanding our central belt portfolio and securing Knight Frank and Sinnalba as tenants within the properties is testament to the quality of office provided by Knight Property Group.”
